been demanding them to, and the site says that i have to email them directly about it and explain the situation - ive done so 5 - 7 times already in various emails

as of now - no response still from them


if i get no responses 18 days in, im using that as confirmation that they are not willing to help and they would rather see me lose everything on there than help me get it back

to which i would say "fuck em, i aint coming back and they dont care"


im HOPING it does not come to that.... but if it does, it does, we'll just have to wait and see
